Prime Care Supported Living and Learning Disabilities Service
Introduction
We provide individualized support/care services for a wide range of people who experience different needs. This ranges from people who are 19+ to no upper age limit. We are experienced in supporting people who may need only a couple of hours support to individuals who require twenty four hours a day support services - However many support hours are needed . Prime Care provides a comprehensive assessment and a plan that puts individuals at the centre of their services.

- People with profound and complex needs
- Individuals who experience Autism
- People with dual diagnosis (including Mental Health Needs)
- People with sensory needs (No sight, No hearing)
- People with communication needs
- People with physical disabilities
to lead full lives, which can include work, college, therapeutic activities, seeing family and friends, ordinary living skills, leisure opportunities?
Aims and Objectives
Our main aims and objectives are to enable each individual to lead full and valued lives, and to have access to the same opportunities as any other citizen. Â In order to make this aim a reality Prime Care encourage people using support services and their families/aides of support to be involved in choosing their staff. Prime Care staff are very important to us as they are paramount in delivering quality support and care.
We respect the fact that we are working in individual’s homes and will enable people to be as independent as possible both at home and out and about in the community.
