Personal Care Tasks that we provide
Assisting Service Users to get up and go to bed Dressing and undressing Personal Hygiene: Toileting, washing, bathing, shaving and hair care Assistance with eating and drinking Continence management including:  Catheter Care  Colostomy/Stoma Care Pressure Area Care and Prevention Supported living and autism
Practical Care Tasks
Making or changing the Service User’s bed Shopping for Service User Paying Service Userâ€s bills Service Users laundry/ironing Preparing Service Users meals Assistance with Service Users pets Other light domestic tasks
Support in the Community
Escorting to hospital/GP/out patients appointments, etc
Escorting to and assistance at a place of Worship, Library, Pubs, Clubs, Day Centres, Leisure Centres, Shops, Colleges of further education, etc.
Sitting services.
Prime Care will involve Service Users in the planning and review of the services that are provided for them to ensure that their needs are met.
Support for people going swimming and horse riding..
