Our Aim is to provide a flexible and professional service unique to your need
We respect your Individuality: Each Service User care package is provided to meet the individual’s needs. We employ staff who are multi-disciplinary and mixed heritage. We strive to match staff to Service Users through ethnicity, culture and religious beliefs. We also provide both female and male staff members where preferred.
We respect your Independance: We aim to foster an atmosphere of care and support which both enables and encourages our Service Users to live as full, interesting and independent a lifestyle as possible within an agreed plan of care. We are professional and courteous:We ensure that at all times, services are provided which comply with the requirements of The Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations 2002. In particular Regulations 14 & 15 of those Regulations, which refer to the Arrangements for the provision of personal care and staffing respectively.
We are well-established: Since 2002 Prime Care has been accepted onto the preferred providers list for Manchester, Blackpool and Bury Councils.
Prime Care commenced operations in Burnley & Pendle in June 1999 and was accredited by Lancashire County Council in October 1999, Oldham in September 2001 Rochdale Council in April 2002.
Prime Care has been a preferred provider of care for Lancashire County Council for the last 4 years and has just been accepted for a second term of 3 years. We also achieved accreditation with Bury, Manchester and Blackpool Councils.
